No gas, no induction, no shortcuts. Vine cuttings and olive wood, lit at four, glowing by eight. Every plate carries the smoke of the evening it was cooked in.
You sit close enough to feel the heat, watch your dinner take colour over the coals, and lose the hours to a single, unhurried evening.
We open the doors once, at eight. There is no second seating, no rushing the table for the next booking — only the fire, the room, and the length of one good evening.
